Specialty Banquet & Silent Auction

A banquet and silent auction will be held at the Mahone Bay Centre following the specialty.

Tickets must be reserved by May 10.

Banquet Tickets: $55.00 per person.  Wine/beer will be available to purchase.

Buffet Style Menu – Catering by Sweet & Sauce Catering
Steamed Mussels with Baguette, white wine, lemon, garlic and herbs
Spring Mix Salad with tarragon vinaigrette, Spice Crusted Chicken Thighs served with an orange ginger beurre blanc, Baked Haddock served with lobster cream sauce, Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots, Peas with spring onions and mint,  Sherry Vinaigrette Marinated and Roasted Potatoes with garlic aioli
Dessert – Dark Chocolate Mousse served in a Chocolate Cup
with raspberries and raspberry coulis

The Silent Auction Team would love to have the paperwork done BEFORE May 31st
so we can spend our time organizing the tables with the bounty of goods.
Dog items, not dog items, new items, gently used items – be creative with what you have to offer.
Remember – one person’s junk is ALWAYS another persons treasure!
